I have taught for a total of 14 years, with six of those years in Atlanta, Georgia and eight of those years in Bangkok, Thailand. I have taught multiple classes, including Social Studies (G.6-8), Literature (G.9), and Creative Writing (G.10-12). After earning a B.A. in English and a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia, I completed an M.A.T. in Secondary English Education from Mercer University. While teaching, I have been involved on campus as a swim coach, as well as the founding faculty sponsor of multiple student projects, including a literary magazine and school newspaper. I am one half of a teaching couple. My wife, Katelyn Foley, has experience teaching Kindergarten and Early Years.
